We use only the highest quality 100% Virgin Wool and Merino Wool. Our unique 3D-Stretch technology ensures that our footwear and apparel are breathable, odor-resistant, and incredibly comfortable for all-day wear.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 5 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status in real-time.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items in their original condition for a full refund or exchange.
Can I wash my Giesswein wool shoes?
Yes, many of our wool sneakers are machine washable. We recommend using a wool cycle at 30°C (86°F) and air-drying them. Please do not use a tumble dryer or fabric softener.
